All customers who request a customised picture MUST first contact us to confirm this can be done. 

If this is confirmed then an order can be placed.

The requests that have been checked e.g. the amount of people. Must also be added to the order note.

E.g. Gill (mother), Kathryn (daughter - young adult), 2 x Cat Millie and Bennie, 1 x Dog Willow.

Customers are responsible for any spelling or other information that they request. Please double check your spellings etc before submitting the order.

Due to our products being customised we do not allow returns & exchanges.

If a spelling mistake was made and the correspondence between us (the seller) and you (the buyer), show this to be our error, then a refund or exchange can be offered.

However, if this shows to be a mistake on your part we would be unable to offer this. 

To prevent these issues we urge you, as the buyer to double check all information before sending this to us, for example spelling of names and dates.
